About this Meetup

We are the largest and most active Independence Party MeetUp in the world. Our goals are to realize that what we want our politics to be like IS what most people really want. They want our elected leaders to use common sense, to look to the future with an eye on making life better for all people, and to fight for the "people who play by the rules" and not those using money to corrupt the system to make life better just for themselves.

We also want to have fun too. Each of us has a full life with many demands, so in addition to worrying about how to make the world a better place, we also want to find hope that it can happen. Hope comes from finding those many hands to share the work.

Our events will include sessions with experts in many fields - sometimes. Others, it will simply be a chance to mingle with others with the same hopes. It will also be a chance to meet IP candidates and decide if you wish to get involved in their campaign. In the end, it will be what all of us together decide and make happen.

Check out the Independence Party on the web at www.mnip.org.

See you soon.smile
